I tried to cancel my plan, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t clear, it wasn’t quick, and I ended up feeling annoyed by the whole process.

I never got any confirmation after placing my order, and the notifications didn’t show up until later. it feels like basic decency to keep customers updated, even with a simple message letting them know what’s going on.

I’ll give the app credit — it did what it promised, and I was able to send my fax without much trouble. It reminded me of that stressful feeling of needing to get one random document sent off right away and just wanting it to be over with. But once that was done, the price kind of stuck with me. Since I only need to fax once in a blue moon, it feels a bit too pricey for my situation. I’d probably use it again if there were cheaper one-time options

The fax didn’t come through clearly at all. The documents looked blurry and kind of messed up, so I couldn’t really read what was on them.

"The upload absolutely ruined my PDF"
I tried uploading a PDF and I’m not even slightly exaggerating, it messed it up every single time. The pages were out of order, some parts came out blurry, and the whole thing just converted weird. I redid it twice, and I’m 100% sure I did everything right, but it still wouldn’t let me send it properly. Super frustrating and a complete waste of time.

I ran into an issue with my account and reached out to support, thinking it would be a quick fix since I was just trying to sort it out before getting back to my normal stuff for the day. It took way too long to get an actual helpful reply, and when someone finally responded, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which got frustrating fast. I get that support teams are busy, but when you need help quickly, this kind of back-and-forth is really annoying.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been frustrating. I reached out to support a few times, but it kind of feels like they keep giving me vague answers instead of actually fixing it. Not sure what’s going on on their end, but this whole thing has been a mess.

"It works, but kind of frustrating"
I did get my faxes sent, so there’s that. But the app froze on me twice, which was annoying, and I had to wait longer than expected for support to get back to me. Not sure if it was just the version I was using or what, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I tried using the web app on my desktop, but it kept freezing over and over. I couldn’t get my faxes to send at all, which was REALLY annoying. Not a great experience.

Trying to cancel was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I figured there’d be a simple button somewhere, but I actually had to dig around and waste time just to stop the service. Not a great experience at all, and I wouldn’t use it again.

I tried to sign up, but it just kept asking me for the same info again and again. I’d fill it out, move on, and then boom, same thing again. Never even got the account finished. So annoying, really annoying.

i only needed to send one fax, but it just sat there for way too long. I kept checking over and over to see if it had actually gone through. For something that should’ve been quick, it was frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but the sending speed was really bad for me.
"International faxing was a headache"
I tried using I Fax App to send a couple of faxes overseas, and it was way more frustrating than I expected. One fax showed as delivered on my end, but the person I sent it to said they never received anything, and another one just sat there pending forever.
When I reached out to support, the replies were slow and mostly felt like they were hiding behind policy instead of actually explaining what went wrong. I get that international faxing can be tricky, but I still ended up wasting both time and money, so I wouldn’t use them again for that.

"Harder to use than I expected"
I tried using ifaxapp.com because I just needed to send one fax, and I thought it would be straightforward. But once I got into it, I kept getting confused by the menus and wasn’t really sure where I was supposed to click next. I’d think I was in the right place, then end up on another page that didn’t seem to get me any closer to actually sending the fax. It felt like I was going in circles for something that should have only taken a few minutes. Maybe it makes sense once you’ve used it a few times, or maybe other people find it easier, but for me it was not very intuitive at all.
